Justin Kontzen began learning to tattoo in 1993. He was taught by Jim Wolfe at the Tattoo Zoo in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Originally from Birmingham, AL, Justin moved back after only a few years in Florida. He was given the opportunity to work with Joey Henson at The InkWell Tattoos, where he stayed for six years.
